Chicago is not simply a place to live: it is a stream of possibilities and a world of opportunity.  You don’t live in Chicago, you have a relationship with it.  The abundance of cultural opportunities, the music, art, and theater scenes, 8100 acres of parks and open space, 26 miles of lakefront and the Chicago River, and the world-class museums and educational institutions provide activities, conversations, and experiences that can be outrageously fun and endlessly inspiring.

EDGE students enjoy the city independently and also as a community.  Trips to museums and the theater are common, as are activities like climbing, paddling, and biking.
